1. Length of Rental

- Items can be picked up or delivered the day before the event.
2. Deposit Requirements
- A refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is required upon reservation, along with 50% advance payment.
- The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery/dry-hire.
- Deposits are non-refundable if returned items are damaged or scratched.
3. Order Changes
- Changes to the order can be made without penalties if the item is not customized.
4. Reservation Cancellation
- Cancellations are allowed without penalty up to 3 business days before delivery.
- Cancellations within one business day of delivery will be charged at full price.
- Full payment is required for customized items upon cancellation.
5. Delivery Charges
- Delivery fees vary based on location, item quantity, and delivery difficulty.
6. Delivery Timing
- Deliveries will follow the client’s specified schedule.
- Delays may occur due to late order amendments, bad weather, or traffic.
7. Setup and Take-Down
- Installation and removal services are FREE
8. Return Responsibilities
- Items must be returned in good condition. Damages, scratches, and missing items will be charged to the client.
- Clients are responsible for the security of rental items, including protection from weather damage and theft.
- Late returns incur a fee of 50% of the total rental cost per day. Additional days must be pre-arranged.
